1. sled side step; 40’ x 4 sets each day

2. Banded quad extension x 3 sets of 15 each leg

3. Side Torso twist w/ ball throw. X 10 reps alternating rest accordingly x 4-5 sets

4. Single arm plank holds; building out with this and strengthening up pcs nad small stabilizers

5. 100 Banded Scap squeezes.
