B. 10 min of HS walk practice

* obstacles for high levels , ramps etc

Pm: track Session:

A. 100m run x 10 – grass preferably

Increasing efforts as you climb in sets

B. 5 min of dynamic worm

C. 800m x 8

2:30 rest following each

5 min rest after #5

* Proper pacing : per athlete

* Sustainable aerobic work

D. 10 min of power work

* bounds

* Hurdles

* Shorter durations sprints

* Etc
