with our COMPLETE program, we include daily suggested warmups so folks are preparing for their session and giving themselves the best opportunity to succeed. 

Athletes are more than welcome to blend their own warmups with our suggested or do their own. This is there to help, while also teaching athletes proper ways to prepare the body for the session. 

with our Skill programs / buildouts located on the complete blog, folks will have the options to hit skill sets as emoms or structured workouts building per week. These buildouts allow for folks to intelligently add in volume with skill movements; preparing them for workouts in the future.   Notes on the skill sessions will accompany the work, to know when to replace certain movements per day etc. 

Brandon Petersen is the mind behind the COMPLETE program. His Team along with her will have interaction with athletes via our private FB Group and comments per the day. Other avenues of communication are in the works as well. 

Daily movement videos, tutorials and discussion on the workout will soon accompany the COMPLETE phase programming.
