Session 1: Track
1. Warm Up
– 800m easy
– 400 moderate
– 200 hard
– 5 x 50m build on an easy walk back
2. Main Set 1: Test Set
– 2 x 1 Mile repeats – these are at race pace. Track you 2 lap time and finish time for both repeats. Rest after the first mile is equal to your work time.(Masters complete 1 mile for time and an 800 for time)
3. Main Set 2
– 800 moderate
4. Cool Down
– 800 easy
