Hips UP, arms locked

B. 3 min of Ape walking

*locked arms, chest up =’goal

C. 30 min bike – nose breathing only

D. 15 min – meditation like moment – lying flat on back, palms up, feet ducked out hip width ; sink deep in floor. Be in this moment.
