Conditioning:
A. 500m Row x 8; rest 1:15 (hard intervals – this is individual pacing) – same pace as last week / -1 below

Becomplete:
1. jerk Drive. 5×5 HEAVY
2. barbell good mornings 4×6
3. Accumulate 2-3 min in each split position
4. Tgu alt reps 20-24
