Recovery weekend leading into de-load week. 

Have some fun today and hit a team wod with friends. We will be hitting Team at CFF today and all are welcome. Folks at other affiliates and training elsewhere. Work some light weaknesses and keep volume low. This has been an awesome 4 week phase, make sure to allow your body to recover and rebuild. . . Both mentally and physically.
