A. Snatch Balance – speed triples x 5 sets. 

B. Power Clean + hang squat clean x 2 + front squat + jerk; climb to heavy 

C. Front SqT – bottoms up – hit heavy triple & heavy double 

D. 6 x 10 c2b pull-ups afap; rest then 4×2 weighted strict pull-ups 

E. 5 min bike x rest 3 min x 3 sets 

F. 10 min of dynamic mobility followed by 10 min of static, followed by 10 min of foam rolling.
