10 min Bike Test
1. Warm Up
Same as session 1 but change it up and see how that affects you.
2. Main Set
2 x 1 mile repeats. These are race pace efforts. Track your 400 splits for each mile. Recovery is 10 minutes. Do some easy jogging in between repays to stay loose. Let’s see if both repeats can be fairly close to each other.
3. Cool Down
1 – 1 1/2 miles
