Min 1- 8 hanging scap squeezes + 8 kips on the rig

Min 4- 8 PVC dislocates + 8 OHS

5 muscle snatches

5 Behind the neck snatch grip push presses

**Add light weight to BB for 2nd round

Power snatch + 3 OHS: build to a heavy for the day

**This complex will be completed all on one BB @ one weight till complex is fully completed. One completion of complex add weight for next attempt.

**Do not force OHS position. For those who have trouble with OH squatting may switch the focus to Power Snatch: build to heavy triple for the day (not Touch and Go). In between sets work OHS position with PVC/bear BB/light weight.
