Weightlifting

a. High Hang / Hip SqT Snatch; every :90 x 10 rds x 2 reps; starting at % (heavy but with speed. ascending, but staying as speed focus. 1 second pause in hole at catch for each rep)
Strength:

a. Push Press – 10RM + 1×10 @90%

b. Back SqT – 3-5 sets of 10 at 90% of Mondays 10RM
Conditioning:

A. 5 rds 

15 cal bike

12 t2b

9 hang power cleans

6 shoulder to overhead 

3 burpee muscle ups 

Rest 1 min between rounds 
Options:

A. 20 min bike :30 @80-85% :30 easy 
Assistance

A. 10 min – bear hug walk. Done in 10m / 30ft sections. Complete as many as you can in time frame – sandbag or stone. HEAVY. AND use same for future buildouts 

B. HS hold – belly to wall :20 holds x 8-10. Rest starting at :30 and increase as needed 

C. Tgu – light alt 20’reps

D. Crossover symmetry
