  1. Went easy today had 7 days straight with hard days so took today easy.

    Warm up rows done at 2:15,2:10,2:05,1:59 pace with 200m runs in between

    A. 5 rounds done
    B. Strict press 100#x3, 104#x2 (got this for only 1 last time)
    C. Back Squat 246×3 PR
