1.   3 X 1:30 sorenson hold (weighed for those who have progressed)

2.  200m ski erg sprint + 16-24 alt Db bicep curls X 4 rounds — rest 1:30-2’jn between rounds 

3. Bent over barbell rows – heavy singles in 10 min – with 7-10 second pause touching stomach and 5 second eccentric

  1. A. Cleans from blocks 163×3, 176×1 for singles. Weight is feeling easier just technique but much better with these. Did drops at 156/163#.

    B. Clean pulls done at 209#

    C. RDL done at 209#

  2. Cleans 130 for 3
    137 for 2 (took a great deal of time in between reps and failed a few times)
