A. Snatch- Slowly climbed working on positioning and bar path. Stopped after a few misses at 73 kg. Was at it for about an hour at that point so was getting tired but feeling a lot better and felt like I got a lot out of today ????
B. Built to a heavy 5 rep back squat- 100kg for 5 and missed the last one at 105kg
