  5. Snatch worked up to 116# for set of 5 but not good snatch day at all so went back down to 106#

    Wod 322 reps. Chose to not rebound because of knee and first set of stoh not sure why but I didn’t go fast. Got 7 to 10 reps more last 2 rounds so for sure short changed myself some reps between box jumps and first round of stoh.
