    B. Metcon…can’t remember but need to be faster at getting back up the rope. Bike felt better. Went UB on dubs all rounds except 1.

  2. Sunday 12/6/15:
    Comp yesterday so didn’t push things too much.
    A. DL: up to 2x5x365 with 1″ def and 30X1.
    B. 4 Rnds: 20 Cal Bike, 3 legless rope (up/down), 40 DUs. 18:53. Used my legs third round – but back to legless for the 4th. Perhaps a bit much for my old tendons.
    C. 1 round for time. Get home to the kids AFAP.
