    B- 305
    C-done
    D- CrossFIt kids stole pbars so did 5inch deficit strict hspu instead 6:12 and since didn’t know if that was enough did 100 dubs at 7 minute mark unbroken
    E- running add on done

    G- bike cool down done around 70%
