  1. Clean- 285 missed 310. Need to figure out what is up with my higher percentage lifts lately
    Wodapalooza- 40 strict hspu 2:07
    Burpee thruster workout- round of 11 got 9 thrusters.

    Moving all weekend took more out of me than I thought- mostly mentally, but luckily its a deload week. Gonna just go ham on wodaplooza wods

  2. Worked up to 265. Missed 275 handful of times. Bar felt heavy on te first day back. Did emom 8 after hitting singles at 255

    Running done. 1:35 across

  3. A.350, stood up with 360 but failed
    B. 1:30, then slowed up to 1:45 for last
    C. Finiahed my 12s

    B – 400 m run (approx) did it as eomom so a bit more rest 1:10, 1:06, 1:05, 1:01
    C – Metcon 25 d.u., Thrusters 135 2/4/6/8, 6 cal row … made it through round of 8 picked up the rope but, time.
