    F- rowing done kept it 150m+ every round. Didn’t go crazy here just wanted to be consistent
    G- running done
    400m x6 every 3 minutes and added 2 strict phspu in between just bc
    H- mu work

  4. Was definitely feeling the past couple days, being woken up early by my unit didn’t help much so did things a bit different.

    A. 3RM Hang Power Snatch- #185, 205# Failed 3rd rep (no blocks, gym was packed so not many extra plates to stack) 2×3 @ 165#
    B. Snatch DL 5RM- 335# 2×5 315#
    C. 20 Min Row :30 hard/ :30 easy
    Ran out of time

    D)165ish was running a little tight on time
    E) done. Rowed a little longer to reach 5k total
