A. Push Press + Push Jerk + Split Jerk; build to max in <18 min

B. Seated Strict Press – 5RM + 2×5@90%

C. Strict HSPU – 30 AFAP (athlete chooses height / scenario)

D. Front SqT – starting at 70%; perform 1 SqT every minute – climbing by 10# or so til max for the day with the above 

E. 10 min AB Test – get a number established 

Rest
F. 3 rds – afap

50 wall balls

25 c2b pull-ups

Rest 

G. Weighted pull-ups 5×5 ascending – pronated grip

    B. Used DB’s made it to 80’s

    Lol also true Taylor touche. I have been posting on here I am just a day behind bc my schedule got messed up few weeks back. So I just see what you do and try to beat it and fail daily. 😉

    B. Seated Strict Press – 5×115, 2x5x105
    C. Strict HSPU – 30 AFAP – set a 10′ cap. failed #30 at 9:55 (but kipped it). I suck at these.
    D. Front SqT EMOM: -200 up by 10s to 290 (PR). I think i had 300, but my back caved a bit at 290 so i stopped there. next time.
    E. 10 min AB Test – skipped – not time, no AB.

    F. 3 rds: 50 wall balls, 25 c2b: 14:42.
    G. Weighted pull-ups: 3×5 up to +53.

    30 strict hspu with 35# plates deficit 6:15 ugggh tough!
    Front squat 255# started with 165 went up 10# each minute. Last 2 did by 5#
    Did strict muscle ups instead of pull-ups 10 total singles ????

    B-155# felt much different from standing SP but liked it
    C- 6+ inch deficit 4:35 fell apart at the end to singles
    D- 345# (30 pound PR)
    E- 203 on my AD which matches my last tester and I had nothing left to give today for this so happy with it
    F- 11:28
    Happy with wall balls every round. Lost time on CTB should have changed strategy but OK with this
    G- pullups 5×5
    25-35-45-55-72
    H- Scap work at home

    B. Seated Strict press 5RM @95, 90% @ 85.5
    C. Strict HSPU – skipped not enough time, will do when I have more time.
    D. Front SqT @ 205. Way lower than my old max by about 40#, but haven’t squatted in over a month now. Felt OK.
    E. 10 min AB Test – 120 calories
    F. 3 rds – 11:59
    G. Weighted pull-ups 5×5 ascending – pronated grip – Skipped not enough time.
