High hang cleans- worked up to 255 and really focused on technique. Have had a disconnect on pull for these so trying to fix that

Nemesis MU came up in second round and bit me bad, but I can feel my technique practice starting to pay off. First round of 10 unbroken MU was the easiest 10 I have ever done.
