A. 500m row intervals x 3-4 : rest 2-3 min @high aerobic efforts here 

B. Bike :15 sec sprint x 4-5 ; rest 2-3 min

C. Emom x 5 x 5 thrusters @95 

**or anything to prep body for thrusters later 

D. Mobility  for position later 

Prior to wod later ….

3 rds 10 cal row + 10 thrusters.  Hard fire that body!
