A. Power Clean (from high blocks-above knee) 4×3 @80-85% of your 1RM Hang Power Clean; rest 2:30 between 
B. Push Press ; build to heavy double in 12 minutes or so 
C. every :30 perform (x) Strict HSPU x 7 sets. . keep the work ratio SHORTER than the REST ratio in each :30   ***very athlete specific. See your coach within your gym, or message me if have specific questions. Think “volume”, not overdoing it, never approaching failure.

E. Jerk Drives; unload your max front squat for 4×5 jerk drives. *dip down, like going for split jerk etc…drive up through heals (relative to the weight on your shoulders) – this is overloading
