B. Strict Press – 5RM + 2×5@90%
C. Snatch High Pull (blocks just below knee) 5×2 @103-105%
D. EMOM x 14 – odd: 3-6 deep Deficit HSPU , even: 75-100m Shuttle sand bag run (ex:50 down 50 back 80/60#)
E. 750m Row x 4; rest 3:30 between at High AE’s 
F. DB SA Rows 7-10 reps x 4 sets each side
