A. Back Squat Cycle

1×6 @75
1×4@85
1×4@90
B. Snatch – 3RM Hang (above knee) + 2×3 @90
C. EMOM x 20
Odd: 20 Double Unders + 3-4 Burpee muscle ups 
Even: 15/12 cal AB.  (Slightly higher on AD)
