Monday – kicks off 3 phases on the blog. 1: those continuing on to Regionals. 2: those kicking off their 2017 season, with sufficient time and schedule to hit double sessions and manage the stress of added volume. 3: those kicking off their 2017 season with 1 session per day, GPP focus and peaking for the Open come 2017.

There will be no programming finishing this deload week. Get outside the gym, have some fun. If your one of those, attack some team wods and just play. We start our regionals schedule on Tuesday… With Monday and Thursday being “rest” days.
